Hospitality investment company

We invest in places worth returning to.

Kyuka backs, builds, and runs a small portfolio of coastal hospitality — patient capital, real operating care, and a long-term hold. Our first investment is Le Miami, on the Pondicherry coast.

How we invest

Capital is the easy part. Care is the edge.

Plenty of money chases hospitality. Very little of it stays close enough to make a place genuinely good. Kyuka is built the other way around — we own what we back, and we run what we own.

01

Own & operate

We're not passive capital. We invest, then run the property day to day — because in hospitality, the operating detail is the return.

02

Hold for the long term

No quick flips. We back places we intend to keep, and we compound their reputation patiently, season after season.

03

Fewer, better bets

One property done exceptionally beats ten done adequately. We grow only when we can hold the same standard.

Investment 01

Le Miami Resort & Spa

Serenity Beach · Pondicherry · Open since 2024

Nine villas and twenty-eight rooms a short walk from Serenity Beach, three and a half hours down the coast from Chennai. A calm, family-first retreat built for the long weekend.

The thesis is simple: hospitality compounds through people. Le Miami's reputation isn't built on marble — it's built on a team guests remember by name, and come back for.

The journey

From opening day to a name people travel back for.

Dec 2023 — Jan 2024

Le Miami opens

Nine villas and twenty-eight rooms open at Serenity Beach. The first guests arrive — and the first wave of five-star reviews follows almost immediately.

Through 2024

The scale-up

Word travels. Review volume grows roughly tenfold as families from Chennai and beyond discover the property, and the operation finds its feet at real occupancy.

2025

Hospitality finds its voice

A standout team turns first-time guests into regulars. Reviews accelerate, and Le Miami's reputation for personal, name-by-name service takes hold as its defining edge.

Early 2026

Proof in the numbers

1,885 reviews, a 4.72★ average, 96% positive — and a New Year season that booked out completely. The thesis is no longer a hope; it's a track record.

Founder's note

Achinthya S

Co-founder & Managing Partner

I came to hospitality from branding — I co-founded a branding company before this — and the lesson carried straight over: the details are the whole business.

We built Le Miami on a simple conviction — that a place should be cared for the way you'd care for a guest in your own home. The data agrees with us. What guests remember, and return for, is our people. That's not a marketing line; it's the asset.

My ambition for Kyuka is a portfolio of coastal places people travel back to for years — and that create good, lasting work for the people who run them.

Where we're headed

A portfolio, grown carefully.

Le Miami is the proof of concept. From here, Kyuka builds a small, considered portfolio of coastal stays — each given the same attention, each held for the long term. Places people return to, not a logo stretched across a map.

We grow the team and the local economy around every property as we go. For us, scaling well means doing right by guests, by the people we employ, and by the places we operate in.

R. Ravendran

Founder & Patron

The vision — and the land — began with R. Ravendran. The driving force behind the family's Chennai-based Sarash Group, he built an export house from a small outfit in 1990 into a multi-crore business shipping granite memorials and marine produce worldwide.

Le Miami stands on land he owns. It was his conviction and his capital that brought the resort to life — and his long view that shapes Kyuka's patience as an investor. He remains the family's anchor and its quiet counsel.
